Blueberry Scone

This delicious scone mix is made with soft moist blueberries and is perfect to pair with any tea.  Light and flaky, each bag makes 8 scones.  These are so easy to make, you'll be able to whip them up in minutes!  All you have to do is add whipping cream and bake them.  Be careful, if you're anything like us you'll want to eat the whole batch by yourself.

Perfect to have on hand when last minute company drops by, or to give as a gift.  

All Natural.

Enriched, unbleached, wheat flour (niacin, iron, thiamin mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), organic crystallized cane juice, dried blueberries (sugar, sunflower oil), baking powder (sodium acid pyrophosphate, sodium bicarbonate, corn starch, monocalcium phosphate), vanilla powder (dextrose) and salt.

Baking Instructions:


Use 1 Scone Mix with 3/4 to 1 cup Heavy Whipping Cream

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Empty bag into a mixing bowl, pour in 3/4 cup of cream, mixing as you pour.  Mix until smooth, working dough around the bowl until all the dry ingredients are mixed in and the dough is slightly sticky to the touch.  Add cream as needed.  Place dough on floured board, pressing into a 6 inch circle.  Cut into 8 wedges and place on a greased baking sheet.  Brush with a small amount of cream and sprinkle with sugar.  Bake for 20-24 minutes, until lightly brown.  Remove from oven and cool slightly.

For 16 scones, bake 18-20 minutes.
